Launched under the National Competence Initiative, the Defence Industry-Oriented Higher Education Programs are designed to meet Türkiye’s need for a qualified workforce specialized in the defence sector. This original and sustainable capacity-building project spans from corporate training to academic higher education. Courses such as Defence Industry 101/102/401/402 aim to build basic and advanced awareness among university students by introducing the structure of the defence sector, its technological dynamics, and its strategic significance.
The Defence Industry MBA Program is a master’s program developed in cooperation with Hacettepe University and Istanbul Technical University. It is designed to enhance the managerial, strategic, and financial skills of sector professionals from a defence-specific perspective, with the goal of cultivating leaders who understand the industry’s complex structure and can take active roles in strategic decision-making processes.
