The project plans to meet the requirements of six users — the Turkish Land Forces Command, Air Force Command, Gendarmerie General Command, Special Forces Command, General Directorate of Security , and General Directorate of Forestry — for a total of 109 utility helicopters. With 67% domestic industry participation, the cockpits, cabins, and rotor blades will be produced by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS); the engines by TUSAS Engine Industries (TEI); the landing gear and transmissions by Alp Aviation; and the avionics suites by ASELSAN.
