The projects aim to develop and deliver national UAV/UCAV systems capable of long-endurance flight with high payload capacity (SAR, EO/IR camera, relay, etc.). These systems are designed to conduct intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and target acquisition/destruction missions under day and night conditions; engage targets with different types of indigenous munitions under satellite control; and, when required, designate targets with laser marking for friendly combat aircraft. The UAV systems developed under these projects have been delivered and are being effectively employed in operational theaters.
