The Technical Schools Program consists of comprehensive training initiatives designed around a “school” concept, defining critical roles and the competencies required in priority technology areas to strengthen the skills of sector employees. Through these trainings, the program aims to enhance workforce competencies, develop the ability to generate strategic solutions to sectoral challenges, and accelerate the integration of new technologies into the defence industry.
