The project aims to develop a low-frequency, towed active/passive sonar system with a long detection range using domestic capabilities, enabling earlier detection of silent underwater threats, including submarines, from very long distances for surface platforms. The system enables the detection and tracking of targets at long ranges. By also utilizing the continuous active sonar feature, it provides the capability for high-accuracy detection over wide areas.
