The KAAN National Fighter Aircraft Project aims to design and produce a next-generation fighter aircraft to meet the future operational requirements of the Turkish Air Force, leveraging the capabilities of Türkiye’s defence industry. Designed with maximum domestic industry participation and a strong focus on technological indigenization, the aircraft will feature high maneuverability, low observability, and advanced mission and sensor systems.
