Built on the principles of Interaction, Leadership, Excellence, Rationality, and Sustainability, the ELMAS Program is a defence industry–oriented vocational and technical education initiative launched in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education. As a key component of the National Competence Initiative, the program offers students more than technical content. It provides a multifaceted development environment through school–industry partnerships, sector-aligned workshops, mentorship support, industry seminars, technical visits, and career-focused branding activities.
